Standard structural type:
Adopting a traditional structural form, it consists of a motor (clutch), housing, drum, transmission mechanism, suspension support, chassis, etc.
Main materials:
The triangle, column base, chassis, axle seat, and drum bottom are all made of cast iron material, while the drum wall, baffle plate, shell, chassis, axle seat, and drum lining are all made of stainless steel.
Standard configuration:
Ordinary horizontal motor, ordinary V-belt. Material selection: Q235A, 304, 321, 316, 316L, rubber lining, plastic lining, Halar spray, Hastelloy alloy, titanium or other material production requirements.
Structure selection:
1. Sealed small cover (configuration: feeding tube, cleaning tube, observation lamp, sight hole, cover opening assistance device, etc.).
2. The motor is directly connected and equipped with variable frequency control (with ordinary shock absorbers).
3. Column bases, triangular rings (chassis), etc. are wrapped in stainless steel.
